Check-in will take place at the reception of Ledro Mountain Chalets, where our staff will provide you with all the necessary information to reach your apartment and make your stay as pleasant as possible.

• Bed linen and towels (€15 per person)
• High chair and baby crib (€25 per week)
• Cleaning during the stay (€40 if requested)
• Pet surcharge (€5 per day for each dog)

Do you need to cancel or modify your stay? No problem, cancellation is free up to 10 days before arrival. And the deposit already paid? Nothing is lost: we will provide you with a voucher equal to the amount credited to us (equivalent to 30% of the booking cost), to be used within six months from the date of issue.

• For cancellations with less than 10 days' notice before arrival, the deposit amount will be charged.
• In case of no show, late arrival, or early departure, the cost of the unused nights will be charged.
• Cancellations made less than 3 days before arrival will result in the charge of the full stay value.

In Trentino, a tourist tax of €1.50 per person (> 14 years) has been applied.

• Please inform us in advance if you will be bringing pets: for each of them, a cost of €5 per day is expected.
• We hope you understand that four-legged friends have access to common areas only under the supervision of their owners.
